Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the traffic, growth and related services (the “Services”) provided by Feral Signal Limited, trading as “FeralX” (“FeralX”, “we”, “us”), to you or the entity you represent (the “Client”, “you”). By engaging FeralX, submitting an enquiry, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1.The Services

FeralX provides managed traffic-generation and growth services for adult and AI-companion brands, which may include Reddit traffic generation, persona-network posting, landing-page and funnel design, click and conversion tracking, and affiliate or partnership management. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for an engagement are set out in a separate proposal, order form or written agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

2.No guarantee of results

Any figures, statistics, case studies, benchmarks or performance examples shown on our website, in proposals, or in marketing materials (including, without limitation, click volumes, average EPC, LTV and reach figures) are illustrative of past or aggregate performance only, may reflect results achieved on our own properties, and are not a prediction, promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, creative, market conditions, and the policies and behaviour of third-party platforms. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3.Third-party platforms

The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Reddit and other online communities and networks (each a “Platform”). We do not control, and are not responsible for, any Platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Platforms may, at any time and without notice, remove content, suspend, restrict, shadow-ban or terminate accounts, change their rules, algorithms, rate limits or enforcement, or otherwise interrupt or block traffic.
• Activity of the kind involved in traffic generation carries an inherent and ongoing risk of moderation, content removal and account loss, which you accept.
• FeralX is not liable for any loss arising from a Platform’s acts, omissions, downtime, policy changes, or enforcement actions, including account suspension or content removal.

4.Client responsibilities & warranties

You represent, warrant and agree that, on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years old and are authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of a lawfully operating business.
• Your products, offers, websites, landing pages and content are lawful, and you hold all rights, licences, consents and permissions necessary for them and for FeralX to promote them.
• You comply, and will remain compliant, with all applicable laws and regulations and all applicable Platform terms — including those relating to advertising, consumer protection, marketing and spam, data protection and privacy, age verification, adult-content regulation, and record-keeping obligations.
• You will not provide, and will not ask us to promote, any content that is illegal, that depicts or involves minors or non-consenting persons, or that infringes the rights of any third party. We may refuse, pause or terminate any work that we reasonably believe breaches this provision.
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete, and you are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your own offers, claims, pricing and creative.

5.Fees & payment

Fees, payment schedules and any minimum commitments are set out in your order form or proposal. Unless expressly agreed in writing, fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable once Services have been performed, and are not contingent on results. Late payment may result in suspension of the Services.

6.Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeralX disclaims all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to uninterrupted, error-free, secure or results-producing performance.

7.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• FeralX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity or anticipated savings, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
• FeralX’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to FeralX for the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

8.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FeralX, its directors, officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your offers, products, websites, content or creative; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any law or Platform terms; or (c) any third-party claim relating to the foregoing.

9.Intellectual property & confidentiality

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Subject to full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables created specifically for you, for your own business purposes. FeralX retains the right to use its own methods, tools, persona networks, data and know-how for any client. Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the Services.

10.Term & termination

These Terms apply for the duration of your engagement. Either party may terminate as set out in the relevant order form or, absent such terms, on reasonable written notice. We may suspend or terminate the Services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continuing would expose FeralX to legal or Platform risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9) will survive.

11.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

12.Changes & general

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with any applicable order form, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services.
